Rare Vintage Alaskan Container Co Round Cooler Advertising Cliffchar Charcoal

Very rare round ice chest made by the Alaskan Container company, circa 1960s, as an advertisement  for Cliffchar Charcoal. Printed on the cooler is the name and address of the manufacturer and patent serial no. 2 - 927-712. The cooler and lid are metal. The cooler is lined with  styrofoam on the inside and has metal handle. There is rust on the bottom collar and the top has a few dings and scratches. The styrofoam lining appears to be intact, but it does show some rust marks and apparently leaks since the bottom of the cooler is rusted from the inside. The wonderful thing about this piece is the graphics. They delightfully depict a happy family--including the family dog, enjoying a BBQ in their lovely yard using, why of course-- CLIFFCHAR CHARCOAL! This is a rare item and a great opportunity for someone without a lot of space to own and display a small advertising gem (15" tall, 10" diameter). I promise the delightful graphics will brighten any space.
